I agree to hold New York State Retriever Rescue, Inc. ( NYSRR) and its agents, and contractors, harmless from any claim for loss or injury that may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by me or by the act of a dog for which I am responsible while in foster dog care . I further assume sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense, including legal fees by reason of the liability imposed by law on the parties for damage because of bodily injury. including death at any time resulting there from sustained by any person or persons including myself or on account of damage to property arising out of or as a consequence of my participation in NYSRRs foster dog program, howsoever such injury, death or damage to property may be caused. This waiver includes myself, my family members and decedents from seeking any and all legal action whatsoever against New York State Retriever Rescue, Inc., it’s agents and contractors. The information I provided in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. Further, I agree to the terms and conditions in the agreement NYSRR policies in effect while participating in NYSRR foster dog care program. *
